1. Overview

Ads Clover Group stores only data needed to provide read-only Facebook analytics, media previews, reporting, sync status, and account security.

Deleting a Facebook connection stops future syncs for that connection. Historical data can also be deleted by request, subject to legal, security, and backup limitations.

2. Revoke access in Facebook

  • Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy.
  • Open Settings, then Apps and websites.
  • Find Ads Clover Group in the list of connected apps.
  • Remove the app or revoke the permissions you no longer want to grant.
  • After revocation, access tokens become invalid and the service can no longer read new Facebook data for that connection.

3. Request deletion from Ads Clover Group

To request deletion, contact the support address configured for the service. Include the email used in the workspace, the connected Facebook profile email if available, and whether you want to delete the full app profile or only Facebook integration data.

We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership before deleting data.

4. Data we delete

  • Encrypted Facebook access tokens and token status records.
  • Cached Facebook ad accounts, Pages, Business Managers, and connection diagnostics.
  • Creative analytics, placement/device/GEO breakdowns, report history, and sync status connected to the deleted account.
  • Creative/media preview metadata and stored media files where they are tied only to the deleted connection.
  • Workspace profile data when you request full account deletion and no legal retention requirement applies.

5. Data that may remain temporarily

Some records may remain for a limited time in backups, security logs, billing records, abuse-prevention logs, or legal compliance records.

Where data cannot be deleted immediately, it is isolated from active product use and removed according to retention schedules.

6. Timing

We process verified deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. Typical handling starts after account ownership and deletion scope are confirmed.
